when winter rolls around so does the extra fat.being a snacker by nature (obviously the cold doesn’t help) it’s either chips, nachos, sweets or nutella – never anything remotely healthy >.< then i was told that to loose weight stay fit, a person should take 10,000 steps a day. so what did i do?? i went and got myself a pedometer/step counter.

day 1 – after a full day at work, it was slightly below 4,000 steps. so i decided to take Giz for a long walk and after an hour…i almost had 7,000 steps. it’s now 11:30pm and it’s only 7,878 steps. how on earth do i hit 10,000 steps?? come weekend that’s it – i’ll be on the couch all day. oh noooooo…..

    10,000 steps per day to stay healthy?

    Uh oh… i’ll be lucky if i make it to 500 on an average day. Working from home surely doesn’t help in the Fitness regime.

    I just counted it takes me 22 steps to get to the bathroom and 10 steps to the fridge from my desk.

    yeah man.. i definitely fail with the 10,000 steps. if giz gets lucky and the damn sun is out to play, i hit about 7,000+ if not it’s only half of that.. hahaha

    you’ll need to walk to your bathroom and the fridge more often then…. than again walking to the fridge may not a good idea either >..<
